British Airways B787-8 G-ZBJD Returns from Toronto.

Following its overnight delay, British Airways Boeing 787-8 G-ZBJD departed Toronto this morning operating yesterday’s delayed BA92 Toronto – London Heathrow as BA92. The aircraft went straight into maintenance at London Heathrow on arrival.

Jetstar B787-8 VH-VKE Delivered.

Jetstar Boeing 787-8 VH-VKE commenced its delivery flight today routing Paine Field – Melbourne direct as JQ7878. The aircraft is in Jetstar Star livery and 21J/314Y configuration. This brings the Jetstar B787-8 fleet up to four aircraft.

Jetstar B787-8 VH-VKA Melbourne Technical Issue.

Jetstar Boeing 787-8 VH-VKA encountered a technical issue at Melbourne this morning causing a re-shuffle of aircraft and the cancellation of JQ35 Melbourne – Denpasar and the inaugural JQ46 Denpasar – Brisbane. The aircraft was able to position Melbourne – Brisbane as JQ7991 late in the evening in order to be in place to return to service tomorrow.

British Airways B787-8 G-ZBJB Tries for Hyderabad Again.

Following its medical return to London Heathrow yesterday, British Airways Boeing 787-8 G-ZBJB departed London Heathrow again early this evening operating yesterday’s delayed BA277 London Heathrow – Hyderabad as BA277X. The aircraft will then operate today’s BA276 Hyderabad – London Heathrow tomorrow morning as BA276D.

British Airways B787-8 BA277 London Heathrow Medical Emergency Return.

Following the earlier Boeing 787-8 technical issue at London Heathrow, British Airways Boeing 787-8 G-ZBJB was switched from operating BA187 London Heathrow – Newark to operating BA277 London Heathrow – Hyderabad. However shortly after take off there was a medical emergency on board requiring the aircraft to return to London Heathrow. Once cleared crew did not have sufficient hours to operate the flight, and with no standby crew available the flight has been delayed overnight and passengers accommodated.
