Boeing 787-8 l/n 130, Royal Brunei Airlines V8-DLB, operating BI53 Bandar Seri Bagawan – Melbourne (depart Bandar Seri Bagawan 17th March) was around 45 minutes into the flight in the early hours of this morning when it turned back to Bandar Seri Bagawan due to a technical issue.  After nine hours on the ground the aircraft was able to depart again, operating the service as BI53D.

Boeing 787-8 l/n 156, Royal Brunei Airlines V8-DLC, arrived into London Heathrow this morning as BI97 from Bandar Seri Begawan and Dubai (depart Bandar Seri Begawan 11th January), however this evening’s return BI98 has been delayed overnight due to a technical issue.

Boeing 787-8 l/n 166, Royal Brunei Airlines V8-DLD, positioned Bandar Seri Begawan – Singapore as BI4271 in the early hours of this morning in order to operate a Singapore – Rockhampton Military Charter, also as BI4271. The aircraft then returned to Singapore as BI4272.
